About Our Manager
In addition to managing the Encino office, Kathy King is Prudential California Realty Regional Manager for the San Fernando Valley and San Gabriel Valley. She launched her real estate career directly out of college, working as the office manager for a new home sales company. After earning her real estate license, she sold and managed properties for major developers before founding King Realty in Sherman Oaks with a partner. She owned and operated the firm for 22 years. Kathy’s extensive experience and seasoned skills in both sales and management allow her to create a supportive and dynamic setting for her agents’ success.
